Our mission is to preserve, restore, and enhance the natural and constructed environment for future generations through successful project delivery for our customers.

Mission Support Services (MS2) is a Native American, tribally-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) , Small Disadvantaged Business owned by the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin as a subsidiary under the Oneida ESC Group.

MS2 provides total project delivery services to government and commercial clients. With safety and quality as our guiding principles, MS2 provides customized construction, design-build, construction management, and related technical services to execute a wide variety of mission support projects. MS2 has in-house construction management personnel, engineers, and technicians to deliver design-build and design-bid-build projects.

Along with our sister companies, we have served the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and other federal, state, and local agencies for over 25 years.

With a fundamental commitment to work safely, MS2 provides design-build construction and construction management services on horizontal infrastructure and vertical facilities for commercial and governmental clients.

MS2 performs sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects for government and commercial customers.

Our experience extends OCONUS with Title II services in Japan, Korea, Qatar, Alaska, and Hawaii for military family housing renovations, utility renovations and upgrades, and facility demolition.

MS2 provides safety support services to our Department of Defense (DoD) clients to ensure the safe execution of mission requirements around the world.
