MS2 staff performed carpentry work for a new 3,229 SF building constructed with concrete foundations, load-bearing masonry walls, structural steel joists and deck with a flat roof system. The MS2 team included trade craftsmen familiar with the Green Bay Packers preferred building material and construction standards. To assure the quality expected by the customer, the team provided full-time staff to supervisor and monitor quality and to conduct on-site training. The MS2 team successfully completed this construction management project on schedule despite nine construction bulletins in which the design was revised.

The project had 53.9 percent MBE/WBE participation and complied with local unions to meet the Project Labor Agreement in place with the Packers. MS2 staff also worked with subcontractors on the tax exempt requirements for the project.
