MS2 was selected to provide restroom renovations on all three floor levels at NOSC Peoria and basement locker room renovations. NOSC Peoria is an occupied government facility, and MS2 performed restoration construction work in phases in order to minimize disruptions to the building occupants (Navy/Marines). MS2 provided:

• lead abatement with containment on each of the three floor levels
• general demolition and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing demolition
• construction of new wall and ceiling with associated electrical, lighting, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm and HVAC upgrades
• installation of new acoustical ceiling tile systems
• installation of new tile flooring
• removal and replacement of existing doors/hardware
• painting/finishes
