OE’s scientists, engineers, and public involvement specialists are well-versed in performing NEPA studies and developing NEPA documentation including Notices of Intent (NOIs), Descriptions of the Proposed Action and Alternatives (DOPAAs), Environmental Assessments (EAs) Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Findings of No significant Impact (FONSIs) and Records of Decision (RODs).
We understand the importance of public involvement and addressing community concerns with proposed actions. Drawing on the resources of the Oneida ESC Group and OE sister companies, we have a broad array of subject-matter experts (SMEs) in areas typically required for NEPA studies including wildlife biologists, botanists, archeologists, cultural historians, geologists, hydrologists, engineers, planners, technical writers, and public involvement specialists. We understand how to streamline the NEPA process, anticipate stakeholder concerns, and develop alternatives and solutions that are acceptable to all.
